New fall looks from The Limited

If you follow me on instagram or twitter, then you already know that I’ve partnered with The Limited to celebrate the new store that just opened at Flatiron Crossing in Broomfield. I’ve always loved The Limited for their smart and affordable workwear (like this skirt), so I was super excited when the brand asked me to check out the new store and share my experience with all of you!

I braved yesterday’s downpour to head to the new store at Flatiron (which, lucky for me, is right on the bus route I take to school!) to pick out some new items for fall. Like any dedicated shopper, I had looked over new arrivals at The Limited‘s website before going so I would have an idea of what I wanted to buy. But of course, once I got there I became giddy and overwhelmed and probably tried on about a hundred different things!

And a massive array of billowy printed blouses – as a blouse addict I had to give in and get the lip print one!

I was most impressed by the selection of accessories – there were just too many awesome totes and clutches for me to pick just one. I took advantage of a buy one, get one free promotion on accessories to update my handbag selection with four new fall purses!

Here are a few outfits I put together to show off my new goodies:

I played up the quirky-cute vibe of this lip print blouse with a flippy little skirt and heels. My favorite part of this outfit, though, is the crossbody mini bag. I’ve been craving one of these for a while now, and this one is just perfect in crisp white. I added the little leopard wristlet for an added dose of print and extra card/ID/phone storage.

The second look I put together is a little less sweet, more rock n roll. I paired the same blouse with printed skinnies and a blazer, then added this amazing fringe bag and matching wallet (yes, I got it in 2 colors – it was actually really hard to limit myself to just 2!). I think the fringe bag really makes this outfit with the added texture it brings to the mix.
